Poulvac® Cholera PM-1 contains the known avirulent isolate of Pasteurella multocida designated PM-1, as a freeze-dried preparation
sealed under vacuum. The strain has been tested in chickens for protection against challenge with Type 1 (X-73) of P. multocida.
