Fertagyl (gonadorelin) is indicated for the treatment of ovarian
follicular disease in dairy cattle. Fertagyl improves reproductive
efficiency, specifically by synchronizing estrous cycles and treating
cystic ovaries.

▪Fertagyl (gonadorelin) is indicated for use with Estrumate®
(cloprostenol injection) to synchronize estrous cycles to allow for
fixed-time artificial insemination in lactating dairy cows
▪Can be given intramuscularly or intravenously
▪A Gonadorelin (GnRH) formulation
▪Federal (USA) law restricts this drug to be used by or on the order of
a licensed veterinarian
