ProstaMate® (dinoprost tromethamine injection) is a sterile solution
that contains 5 mg/mL of dinoprost--a naturally occurring prostaglandin
F2-alpha. ProstaMate is indicated for use in cattle for estrus
synchronization, treatment of unobserved (silent) estrus, post-partum
treatment of pyometra (chronic endometritis) and abortion. It is also
approved for use with gonadorelin for Fixed-Time Artificial Insemination
(FTAI) and with EAZI-BREED™ CIDR®. No meat of milk withdrawal.
