Pivetal® Coxiba™ (Deracoxib) Chewable Tablets are indicated for the
control of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis or
postoperative pain related to orthopedic surgeries in dogs. As an active
ingredient, deracoxib can also be used to manage postoperative dental
pain and inflammation. Coxiba is a COX-2 (cyclooxygenase) preferential,
which helps maintain good prostaglandins, important mediators of
inflammation and pain in joints.
