Product description: EZ Forage Dry is an inoculant treatment for dry hay
to reduce heating and battle molds and yeasts. It minimizes spoilage
losses that can occur with fluctuating field conditions, such as yeast
spore load in the field, and moisture variability. Allowing hay to be
baled at a higher moisture content with less leaf shatter provides
higher protein levels and increased weight per bale.

How the product works: The enzyme package breaks down the complex
carbohydrate into readily available sugars to “fuel” the biological
process. The strains of lactic acid bacteria inhibit the growth of
yeasts and molds as the hay goes through the “sweat period.”

Ingredients: Calcium carbonate, sucrose, dried Lactobacillus plantarum,
dried Pediococcus pentosaceus, dried Pediococcus acidilactici, dried
Propionibacterium acidipropionici, dried Trichoderma reesei fermentation
solubles, dried Trichoderma longibrachiatum fermentation solubles,
sodium aluminosilicate and mineral oil.
