AiM-A VetCaps are 10 mL gelatin capsules containing abamectin (a macrocyclic lactone in the avermectin family), an Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA)-registered insecticide for effective control of horn flies on beef cattle and non-lactating dairy cattle.
Horn Fly control on beef cattle. The effectiveness of AiM-A against horn flies is proven. In an independent field trial, AiM-A
VetCaps were applied to test cattle with significant horn fly burdens. AiM-A provided knock down and control of horn flies and
remained 95% effective in control of flies through four weeks.
