AspirEase III may be used in the management of pain, inflammation, and
arthritis symptoms in horses. AspirEase III contains salicin, a highly
refined botanical COX-2 inhibitor that is often referred to as "nature's
aspirin." Salicin is the natural precursor to aspirin and has a similar
chemical composition. Salicin does not contain the acids found in
aspirin, making it less likely to cause stomach upset or thinning of the
blood. Give 1 scoop once or twice daily with feed, as needed.
