Cal-Mate Fresh Cow Bolus is formulated with immediate and sustained release calcium plus magnesium and vitamin D3, for the
prevention of hypocalcemia in fresh cows. Easy-to-administer give one bolus prior to or immediately following calving and an
additional bolus 12 - 24 hr later. Provides the two most important sources of calcium for quick and long-lasting blood absorption
to maintain proper blood levels. Includes two proven calcium sources, calcium chloride provides a rapid release of calcium that is
quickly absorbed into the bloodstream and the calcium sulfate provides sustained release calcium to support calcium levels thought
the calving period. Magnesium and vitamin D3 to support calcium availability.
